I just installed the Truheat system in my basement. Two units, a #5 and a #7 combined, heated the half of the basement that will have a gym and theatre area. Of all the possibilities, this technology worked the best. And the staff at Truheat, (especially Zach) answered every query with speed and detail. The floor is now heated, it feels great. Such a difference to walk down the stairs and not feel that 3-4 degree temperature drop. I’m very happy with this purchase and install.

I just created a home office on the ground floor and was concerned as the room is cold in the winter. I just had the TruHeat system installed and am thrilled with the comfort of my new space. It is a great product and the staff really cared about me and even gave me help with finding an experienced installer. I highly recommend TruHeat as a super product.

I was looking for in floor heat in a renovation. I liked the idea of this system because we have some solar panels and the electric heat would be driven by the panels. Zach was very helpful in ordering and the product was easy to install. it creates a nice warm wood floor and operates flawlessly. It was easy to repair when a mistake happened. Im looking forward to the first winter with it.

I just got the floor heating system installed in our Yurt. I built the platform and installed the tape way back in June. It took us until now to get electricity running up to the Yurt. My brother in law was very sceptical about the thin aluminum tape can heat the place. I am happy to announce that it works . The first night we had it working we woke up warm and comfortable. Winter is coming fast and we are ready for it.

We wanted to replace the expensive hot water baseboard / electric hot water boiler system with something that was more efficient and esthetically pleasing. The TruHeat system has been simply amazing, easy DIY installation except one hour labour for electrical hook-up. The order and delivery process was also flawless. We have our kitchen completed and have ordered two more kits to do three bedrooms and a bathroom. The floor feels amazing and I will write another review once our first electrical bill arrives but I am confident that it will save us a lot of dollars here in Central New Brunswick.

We needed an efficient way to heat a basement bedroom and bathroom and loved what we learned about the Tru Heat System. Installation was a breeze and Tru Heat offered help and input very quickly when we needed it. The system is installed and operating now and we love it. It’s been an absolute positive experience since the beginning working with Zach to understand the system on a technical level and planning it based on my project needs. He was very responsive and re-assuring every step of the way of the quality of the system as I came up with concerns. In the end, I’m very happy with the system after spending one Eastern-Ontario winter in a tiny house, kept comfortably cozy. Hope to be promoting this infloor electric heat system more, as it really is a great heating solution either as primary heat or backup.

I recently installed the Truheat system after countless hours researching other underfloor heating systems. I went with this system for two reasons, the low voltage and the fact that it is truly a flat tape like system so ease of installation for both it and the tile I installed afterwards. It’s far and above better then the other systems out there for those two reasons alone. Running water lines under the floor is a tremendous amount of work if you use that system and the other popular wire system is so thick you have to by special backer board or float the entire floor before tile. I couldn’t be happier with this system from the fast shipping, ease of installation, my warm feet when I walk on the floor to the pretty amazing service from the people at truheat. They called me to make sure everything was good and I understood how to install. When does that ever happen!

We installed the TruHeat system Oct /19 in our upstairs bathroom in a post and beam home that we heat only with firewood near Peterborough ON. It makes the early morning bathroom experience absolutely enjoyable . The room temperature would normally be 15 -18°C in the past ,with the TruHeat system that is set to come on about 45 minutes before we wake up it is now at 21°C. Heavenly!

We had a problem with the system initially ( INSTALLERS FAULT) and Zach @ TruHeat looked after us promptly and professionally. We are very impressed with the whole experience . Some of our friends have also bought the system and we would recommend TruHeat to anybody that is looking for a lifestyle upgrade.

We built a large sunroom onto our house and were looking for a cost effective source of heat. Truheat EZ mats came through with a product that was easily installed, very reasonably priced, and very efficient to run. Best of all, no one knows its there… except that they comment on how wonderful the warm floor feels on their feet!
