I'm really happy with the product. Zach was quick with solid answers to my questions and designed a system that worked for my space. It was easy to lay out and install myself. Shipped quickly and without issue. I did everything but install the circuit. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Small hiccups (normal) were addressed and resolved. Canadian company as well, which is a big bonus. 100% would recommend.

It’s amazing the difference from the floor without to the floor with. Our kids can play barefoot without having ice cold toes. Makes the basement feel a lot more enjoyable especially with how cold it’s been this winter. Overall very happy, it was easy to get a quote, they designed the flooring for the weird basement shape I had. The cost was as expected and it arrived without hassle.

Awesome product! I got their EZ Heat System installed during my basement renovation and do I ever love it! It made the basement feel nice and cozy especially during the polar vortex days we had in Ontario this past winter. Installation was a breeze and I didn't have to use any concrete either. I highly recommend this heating system for anyone looking for a great heating solution for their basement or other areas of the house.

Found Truheat to be genuinely responsive to all inquires and follow ups. Zach was very helpful. Installed the heating pads under luxury vinyl Cortec floor 1’x2’ tiles. Been 10 months now and so far all is good. Product is working as advertised. I believe I’m even shaving money off my gas bill by keeping my heat sucking cold kitchen toasty. But I also like the comfort of the warm floor and consistent heat. Two goals achieved! Thanks TruHeat!
